Barber was a fighter against Montana De La Rosa on 23 April 2020, and was victorious by unanimous decision. Later, on July 2, 2022 Barber took on Casey O'Neill in the UFC 276 event and fought against Jessica Eye. The result was unanimous for Barber. The contract she signed with UFC after this fight, but Barber re-signed in later times. Barber triumphed in her latest fight with Andrea Lee, on March 25th of 2023. The bout was held on UFC Fight Night Vera and Sandhagen.
