Summer Glau was an American actress best known for her role as River Tam in Firefly, an award-winning television show. She also played Cameron in Terminator. It is also the title of her show The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Apart from these, she also starred on the shows The 4400 The Unit The Cape Arrow Sequestered and Angel Cold Case The Big Bang Theory Chuck as well as guest-starred for the series Hawaii Five-0. Selena Quintanilla......................Selena was born April 16 1971 in Corpus Christi Texas . Selena was one of the three kids that were the children of Marcela Quintanilla and Abraham Quintanilla. Selena began her music career at age 8 old. Her father was the founder of the band. The group consisted of Selena and her younger siblings Abraham junior, who played base guitar and sister Suzette playing drums as well as Selena sang in the band. The band was called Selena Y Los Dino and Selena would be performing with her siblings at various bars restaurants wedding fairs and many other places. Selena, her sisters and their parents were always busy with the band. They did not have the luxury of a family. But Abraham encouraged them to become committed musicians through his dedication. Abraham senior was a member of the original band called Los Dinos. Selena Y Los Dinos was first officially established in 1981. Selena Y Los Dinos would be popular in the west States in the early 1980s. Selena was named Female vocalist and performer of the Tejano Music Awards in 1986. Selena Y Los Dinos gained the attention and recognition they deserve after this. There were many Spanish programming including El Show De Johnny Canales always in Domingo (Saturday Night Gigante) and El Show De Johnny Canales every Sunday, were a part of the show.
